Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and possess excellent analytical skills. Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of HIPAA regulations are highly desirable for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess their needs
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain benefit options and provide guidance
- Analyze client data to recommend suitable benefit packages
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking clients
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
