- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding
- Maintain employee relations and address staffing-related issues
- Conduct technical recruiting for specialized positions
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Must be BILINGUAL
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and staffing management
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
