Location: The Aesthetic Clinique (Cooper City, FL) & (Parkland, FL)
Full-Time Opportunities Available: Our standard operation hours are Sunday: Closed, Monday: 9 am - 6 pm, Tuesday: 10 am - 7 pm, Wednesday: 9 am - 7 pm, Thursday: 10 am–7 pm, Friday: 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director to oversee and lead our operations at The Aesthetic Clinique in Parkland, FL and The Aesthetic Clinique in Cooper City, FL. As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical spa services in line with industry standards and regulations.
Medical OversightResponsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
  • Provide medical oversight for all clinical aspects of Natura Med Spa and The Aesthetic Clinique.
  • Collaborate with the spa and clinic staff to ensure safe and effective delivery of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
Patient Care
  • Conduct patient consultations and assessments, offering expert advice on suitable treatments and procedures.
  • Oversee patient care protocols to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction
Treatment Protocols
  • Develop and update treatment protocols based on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols by the medical and spa staff.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Stay abreast of state and federal regulations related to medical spa operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing and accreditation requirements.
Training And Development
  • Provide training and ongoing education to medical and spa staff on new procedures, products, and industry best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Quality Assurance
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Conduct periodic audits of medical and clinical processes.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with spa and clinic management to achieve business goals and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in a relevant medical field (e.g., dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine).
  • Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
  • Proven experience in medical spa or aesthetic medicine leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
