ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in resolvingsupport requests related to the network and telecommunication needsof the organization meeting customer satisfaction

and continuous service delivery demands. Assists with thesupport of IP Phones Voicemail and other telephony equipment on thenetwork (Cisco UC phones Analog devices video endpoints).

Effectively responds to end user requests (in person by telephonevia email or remote control) for routine provisioning changes inCisco Call Manager environment (new / replacement IP phones namechanges line additions call forwards voicemail etc.).

Provides enduser training on use of IP phone services as needed (phone featuresvoicemail chat). Monitors and troubleshoots connectivity toprinters and computers.

Escorts external IT vendors performingphysical work in the environment. Assists Network Administratorswith planned maintenance of Cisco Network and Call Managerenvironment.

Participates in On Call Rotation 24 / 7
