**Healthcare Controller Job Description**
**Overview:**
Join our team as a Healthcare Controller where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. **Duties:**
- Develop and implement accounting programs and services to maintain financial stability

- Conduct General ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Utilize technical accounting skills to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee Accounts receivable and governmental accounting processes
- Monitor and forecast financial performance to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a Controller role
- Proficiency in accounting software for efficient financial management
- Strong background in balance sheet reconciliation and forecasting
- Knowledge of governmental accounting practices is a plus
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and GAAP standards
- Excellent analytical skills for effective financial evaluation
