As Network and Systems Administrator on the IT team, you will make a positive impact through the following:

Network Support (80-90% of role)

• Identify and solve any problems related to the network
• Carry out curative and preventive maintenance and support for local network equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points)
• Config …
• Configuration of VLANs on CISCO switches (2960) and Arista switches; Deployment of WIFI SSIDs with Forti AP in the company's North American locations (Chicago, Dallas, Mexico City, Montreal)
• Management of flow opening on Fortigate firewalls
• Supporting the business on various network needs
• Work with suppliers to manage and track orders for network/infrastructure equipments on the US scope

Security (5-10%):

• Operational and strategic CTI
• Qualification, definition of action plans and monitoring of remediation linked to critical vulnerabilities
• Using azure sentinel, Microsft defender , Trendmicro deployment on user workstations

Helpdesk Support (5-10%):

• Assist employees in their daily use of the company's software and hardware (on site and remotely) with their incidents and requests (level 0-1-2)
• Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions described by employees,
• Follow employee tickets from opening to resolution,
• Know and apply ITIL best practices,
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and IT documentation,
• Use a ticketing tool (ServiceNow) to track incidents and requests
• Administer and support software where possible (Microsoft Office365, Adobe, JIRA, Active Directory, etc.),

The candidate will be expected to work closely with the infrastructure team and security team based at headquarters (France) to implement the guidelines given.Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

• Experience:
  • • 3 years of experience with Network and Information System Security.
    • Experience configuring VLANs on CISCO switches (2960) and Arista Switches.
    • Experience deploying WIFI SSIDs with Forti AP or related platform.
    • Experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment with the following: Azure AD, creation of storage accounts, VM deployment, Azure firewall management)
  • Skills:
    • You are a self-starter, a good listener and a team player. In a positive frame of mind, you combine rigor, reliability, a sense of priorities and the ability to integrate into a team.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Abilities:
  • • Ability and desire to support Helpdesk team as needed with a variety of duties for North America such as internal onboarding and incidents/trouble tickets.
• Education:
  • • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required in Networking Technology or related. Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
    • CCNA or other related Cisco certification a plus but not required.
