The Clinic Director works as a part of the care team and assists the Physicians and APRNs in the provision of the primary health care. The Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinic operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and the achievement of organizational goals. This person must be detailed oriented to ensure clinic compliance. Must provide leadership and direction to ensure effective teamwork and communication among all clinic departments. Must be able to make decisions and be able to deal with a variety of situations or problems. Works with and has access to confidential patient information. Employee should maintain a professional image and manner in dealing with patients, families, visitors, and clinic personnel.
