Pool Cover Specialists is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Corona, CA

Pool Cover Specialists has been installing and maintaining safety swimming pool covers all over the southland since 1994. We are a family owned small business with a friendly office atmosphere. We believe that you should treat others how you would like to be treated.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to complete our team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to assist in running the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit Microsoft word and excel documents
  • Alphabetize and file customer files
  • Answer phones
  • Schedule appointments
  • Give sales quotes
  • Scan and email documents
  • Bookkeeping
  • Invoicing
  • Process mail
  • Process emails
  • Coordinate service routes
  • Assist Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working in an office
  • Proficient typist
  • Available to work Monday thru Friday, 9am - 4pm
  • Reliable and hard working with a dedicated work ethic
  • Speak clearly and have good communication skills
  • Proficient at operating basic office equipment
  • Have the ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Must be organized, flexible and able to prioritize and multi-task

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
