Pay Range: $100k/year to $150k/year plus bonuses
Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, some weekends required as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations, including maintenance and repair services. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians, support staff, and managers. Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

Education/Experience/Qualifications

• 10 plus years of experience in industrial refrigeration service, maintenance, and repair
• 5 plus years of management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive growth
