Responsibilities GASTROINTESTINAL TECHNICIAN - GI Per Diem position located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in , with the founding of Corona Community Hospital.

Reporting to the Director of Surgical Services and Charge Nurse the Gastrointestinal (GI) Technician has accountability for the safe care of patients in the GI Lab.
Working in a team effort with the nurse to provide specialized care. Must possess thorough knowledge of instrument usage and care.
Assists with the maintenance of GI scopes and restocking of supplies. They may answer phones and assist in the flow of the outpatient department.
