The Associate Teacher shall maintain positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers

- Maintains utmost level of confidentiality at all times.

- Assist with documentation and record keeping

- Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED
- Meet federal as well as Texas State Requirements and maintain credentials for the position
- 6 months experience in a licensed child development center in the State of Texas
- Experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and the internet
- 15 hours of Early Childhood and/or
- CDA credential, with the expectation to maintain the CDA credential, and one year related experience in a child development center;
- Experience with the NAEYC Accreditation process
- CPR
- First Aide Certification,
- Food Handlers Certification must be obtained within 30 days and maintained
