Robert Half is looking for a seasoned Senior Property Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will manage a national portfolio, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Reporting: Complete monthly financial reports and assist in audit processes.
• Property Integration: Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee the accuracy and productivity of all property management accounting and financial activities.
• Compliance: Ensure all accounting reports and scheduled check runs are accurate and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in the commercial/residential real estate industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel, Word, and MRI.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Additional Qualification: CA Real Estate License is a plus.
