Our mission is to make infrared wellness accessible throughout the country.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Junior Graphic Designer role in Costa Mesa, CA. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and managing a range of visual assets, including, but not limited to, print and digital materials across our B2B and B2C business lines. This role will report to our Senior Graphic Designer.Essential Job FunctionsDesign promotional and seasonal creative following brand standardsVersion seasonal and quarterly creative for printed and online use, including social media advertising, display ads, posters, flyers, magazine ads, banners, brochures etc.Communicate directly with the Marketing Specialist and Marketing Director to deliver individual project requests - studio ad placement, print, email, social material etc.Manage print portal - Provide packaged files and communicate directly with vendorDesign material to be used for internal training, marketing, or segment marketingUnderstanding and a willingness to strengthen their Motion Graphics abilitiesCreate both static and video assets
for all social media platformsAbility to ideate, innovate, and create compelling marketing collateral for digital and printDesign internal templates and presentationsDeep understanding of digital and print typography, layout, design principles, color, trends, and best practices.Basic copywriting and editing skills for promotional materials and internal presentationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsExcellence in Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After EffectsExperience designing print and digital advertisementsUnderstanding of digital content, including mobile ads and applicationsOrganizational skillsMust be detail-oriented, service-oriented, and have a positive, can-do attitudeExperience2-3
years of graphic design experienceProficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Figma.2 years of additional experience in one or more of the following: HTML coding, social media marketing, copywriting, photo and video editingFranchise system experience a plus.
