The Treasury Management Operations Specialist 1 is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and support of the Credit Union’s Treasury Management services. These services include but are not limited to: Enhanced Business Online Banking, Business Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Wire Origination, and ACH Origination. This role will provide professional, prompt, and courteous service and will have a direct relationship with members for Treasury Management setups, audits, and support. Partner with the Credit Unions deposit sales team, core provider, and other third-party vendors as needed. Perform ACH Origination, Wire Origination, and RDC audits for members. Retain and grow member base by providing operational support and identifying opportunities for TM Advisors.

Capability Requirements

• Understanding of Treasury Management and Digital Banking products and services.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Highly motivated and remains positive in difficult situations.
• Technology savvy with a high degree of comfort with various technology tools; fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Delivers exceptional customer service, serves internal and external members in a positive and professional manner.
• Close attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure, as needed.
• Contributes to the fulfillment of Credit Union goals and objectives.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• One year of financial services experience within banking operations, customer service and or treasury payments.
