P.E. Posting
St. Louise de Marillac School is seeking a part-time (@20 hours per week) physical education instructor who has a passion for fitness, sports and creatively engaging children in the process of being physically active. The candidate should be able to plan and prepare age-appropriate lessons that promote the importance of health and exercise as well as build student skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential which assist in building a positive rapport with students, parents, and other teachers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
Knowledge of PE Programs
Experience with teaching/coaching elementary and/or middle school students preferred
CPR and First Aid certification required
VIRTUS Training and Fingerprinting

Wage Range
The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
