What you will do:

- Provide full service processing for the entire mortgage loan process, except for disclosing, verification of employments, and ordering title and escrow conditions.

- Gather and process all loan documentation and ensure that satisfactory submission to underwriters of different lenders, in accordance with different guidelines.

-Analyze Conventional, FHA, Non QM, VA, and USDA loans to determine viability of loan and collaborate with loan officer to ensure fast closings.

-Communicate with borrower (customer service role) to receive conditions faster than loan officers.

Full Service includes but is not limited to: communicating with the borrower, loan officer, and lender, file gathering and management, clearing conditions, and scheduling appointment, CRM management,

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 40 hours / week

Pay: $21 hour $150 bonus per file (close starting 10 - 25 max)

Responsibilities:

• 4 years in wholesale processing for a variety of lenders
• Must have experience in FHA, VA, USDA, loans and Fannie and Freddie products
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Diligent and resourceful in finding solutions
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to perform quality work and adhere to timeliness standards established by management.
• Ability to manage a high volume pipeline
• Calculating income and reviewing docs
• Ensure loan obligations and deadlines are met
• Manage loan process through mortgage software system
• Function as part of a deal team that requires focused participation and contribution. Exert leadership as required to keep deals moving and escalate issues to management as required.
• Consistent follow up with borrowers regarding loan status, and provide over the top customer service! (Can be done by the click of a button)
• Review loan applications and gather missing documents, according to AUS findings, and program parameters.
• Calculating income and reviewing tax returns
• Ensure loan obligations and deadlines are met
• Manage loan process through mortgage software system
• Function as part of a deal team that requires focused participation and contribution. Exert leadership as required to keep deals moving and escalate issues to management as required.
• Consistent follow up with borrowers regarding loan status, and provide over the top customer service! (Can be done by the click of a button)
