Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with TC'ing at an orthodontic office.

Duties:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans and appointments
- Provide a fun and informational consult for prospective patients
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

Skills:
- Proficiency in using dental software and computers in general
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Previous work in a orthodontic office setting preferred
- Familiarity with Cloud9 software is a plus, but not required
- Strong administrative skills for efficient office operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
