TRISTAR is seeking a Operations Analyst for our up-coming government customer in Crane, IN

Position Requirements:

• 10 years' experience in Operations Management including demonstrated experience leading productivity analysis and continuous improvement projects
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and presenting project risk
• Experience in performing cost/benefit and best value analyses of proposed courses of action or on-going operations
• MUST be a US Citizen
• Must have an Active Security Clearance of secret level or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certifications:

• Associate of Science (AS)
