What you'll be doing:

• Identify and implement effective sales methods through training and support for all Volante divisions including partnership with marketing department for media management.
• Oversee compliance and maintenance of electronic lead tracking.
• Utilize data and reports to assist in strategy development.
• Collaborate with community leadership to develop and support effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing plan model which includes analysis of target market, marketplace trends, threats and opportunities, messaging and branding strategy.
• Forecasting - training community leadership, provide accurate forecasting, monitor daily changes. 
• Coordinate, participate and coach sales staff and manage internal marketing events. 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
• 3 years related experience
• Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and techniques.
• Ability to travel regularly with overnight stays.
