Join our growing Human Resources team! The Employee Relations Specialist will play a critical role supporting the Employee Relations Department activities, specifically with workforce investigations.
Our ideal fit will be meticulous with details, strive for efficiency and process improvements, and committed to excellent customer service.
This individual will also support key initiatives and goals of the department.
To give you an idea of team structure, this position will work on a team with other Employee Relations Specialists, reporting to the Employee Relations Manager.
