We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing healthcare team. You will collaborate with physicians and other staff to provide the most comprehensive care possible to our patients. With each patient, you will take vital signs, discuss their symptoms, document their health history, administer medications, and provide resources and information on how to manage their medical issues at home. Our ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of a variety of illnesses and injuries as well as a compassionate and hard-working attitude.

Registered Nurse Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vitals; detect changes in symptoms, health, and/or pain.
• Medication management
• Set up for procedures with appropriate tools; maintain a full inventory of supplies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Communicate clearly and directly with clients; provide emotional support to patients and family members under stress.
• Fill out and update patient documents and charts.
• Wound care, Catheter care, INR’s

Registered Nurse Requirements and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Minnesota
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
• Strong documentation skills
• Must have a proven, successful leadership background, ability to mentor.
• Excellent communication skills and great bedside manner
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Home care experience a plus

Mon – Fri, On call rotation 1 x Q 6 weeks
