Career Movement is Hiring a Human resource specialist Near Culver, CA

Their industry leading R&D team has designed wireless networking protocols to support their cutting edge system and technology.

We are looking to fill 2 roles - HR Generalist and HR / Payroll Administrator

  • HR Generalist :
  • The role involves managing LOAs, FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and long / short term disability. You will work on team of 4 and be backup with reporting and onboarding / offboarding.
  • 3 years experience in HR role required
  • HR / Payroll Administrator
  • The role involves handling payroll inquiries, employee onboarding / offboarding, and reporting. Preferred candidates have HR experience, expertise in payroll using Paylocity, and strong communication skills.
  • 3 years experience in HR / Payroll role required

Hybrid

3 days / week onsite

Salary : $65K - $75K base salary for the right candidate

Full benefits including HMO and PPO plans, 401K, and PTO.
