CBI General Contractors in downtown Cumming seeks local full time Accounting Admin Clerk. This position would handle general administrative duties in the Accounting Department. Pay Range is $35,000 - $40,000 Salary. Quarterly incentives offered after 6 months of employment.

This position is full time only

We’re looking for an individual that would perform the following duties:

• Set up Subcontractor Accounting Packages
• Set up New Jobs and Files
• Set up Billing Reports for monthly owner billing
• Pull reports and payments for monthly owner billing
• Assist with monthly owner billing
• Record Owner Billing and Change Orders in Accounting System
• Collect documents for Job Close out billing
• Set up Owner Start up packages
• Run Weekly AR Report
• Run Closed Jobs Reports
• Scan and Save Closed Job Reports in Job file
• File Closed Jobs
• Other Duties as assigned
• Need strong Excel Skills
