Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and design. With experience in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative, and Website CMS Systems. While maintaining our front office area as a receptionist.

Duties:

• Work in an office setting in Cupertino CA.
• Perform routine design tasks when on shift, including print media, digital assets, and video edits.
• Work with clients via phone and virtual meetings to answer any questions, provide documents, or make revisions on creatives.
• Greet incoming prospective clients with a welcoming smile, can do attitude, and great customer experience.
• Provide walk-ins or calls with brochures, business cards, or other media interested in.
• Setup meetings with Marketers, perform follow-ups, and enter data into CRM.
• Work in a team environment with the ability to work solo as needed.
• Document all daily activity in CRM or PM systems.
• Post and Manage comments in company social media pages.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher in Business, Graphic Design or related field.
• 2 years experience in Graphic Design, Office Work, and Customer Service
• Ability to work on routine schedule and be on time.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to abstract situations.
• Willing to work a Maximum of 10 hours a week.
