Who You Are:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, or related field experience (MS Dynamics Fundamentals certification a plus!)
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and 3 years of architecture, technical, functional, and configuration experience with CRM required
- Technical and administrative knowledge of CRM tools, platforms, and trends is required (MS Dynamics CRM is a plus!)
- Experience with SQL and databases in a Microsoft or Windows environment
- Elicit, identify, and document business requirements and implement CRM to business stakeholders
- Manage, implement, and upgrade CRM, including system functionality
- Champion ongoing releases of new and improved capabilities and adhere to and support project lifecycle methodologies
- Incorporate usability and UI efficiencies into business solutions

The expected range for this role is $101k to $126.5k per year, plus a 10% discretionary bonus and annual merit review.
