You will be great in our store as a store manager/supervisor if you
- Love animals and people

- Meet Woof Gang Bakery Fairfield store operating policies and standards, including providing quality pet parent experiences and expertise in our products cash handling, and store safety and security
- Maintain a regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and nights and holidays
- Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with pet parents
- At least one (1) year of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the functions of four (4) or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Great communication skills
- Understand the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships and engage teams
