The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization and will primarily be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish being a major plus.Responsibilities:• Greet and direct visitors as the first point of contact• Answer and route incoming calls, providing information as needed• Take lead intake information and input it into our CRM system (Salesforce)• Handle mail distribution within the office• Order office supplies as needed• Assist in managing walk-in traffic, ensuring a smooth operation of the office• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. • Communicate with team members regarding mail and package deliveries.
