Duties:

- Assist customers in finding and purchasing products
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in appliance, electronics, or jewelry sales is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Familiarity with using cash registers and handling transactions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication
