Position Overview:
Handling quality assurance and process improvements across all departments to lower rework rates and drive first pass quality. Ensures that products or services meet specific quality standards and customer requirements, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and reduced costs. QA Manager also helps to identify and mitigate risks associated with the production process and to improve the overall efficiency of the production process. QA Manager will also be responsible to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements as well as product stewardship requirements.
Lead and manages EHS regulations.

Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with a related degree, such as quality and at least five years related experience, with at least two years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must also have a good knowledge of processes, OSHA and Environmental regulations.
ISO certified
At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience in thermoplastic or polyurethane industries
SAP 3 years
