Job Description: Corporate Paralegal
Type: Hybrid
Location: Dallas, Texas
Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. You'll support corporate governance, compliance, and transactions, collaborating closely with attorneys and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate records and assist with governance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and assist in transactional due diligence.
- Review and manage corporate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on corporate legal matters.
- Prepare and file legal documents and manage filing systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
- 5 years of experience in corporate law preferred.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Amlaw 200 law firm experience.
