Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at a locally owned and operated shop in Historic Downtown Dandridge. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing a variety of coffee beverages and basic sandwiches. If you have a passion for coffee, people, and books, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow food safety guidelines for handling and storing food products

- Complete and serve basic menu options (sandwiches, etc)

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and different coffee blends
- Familiarity with operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
