InstantServe is Hiring a RN Charge Nurse Near Dansville, NY
Dedicated NIGHT Charge Nurse for B7 unit that will require the RN to take an assignment.
Shift: Ideally 5x8s but can consider other schedules.
AHA BLS (required at submission).
B7 Unit Description: Medically ready for discharge, hospice, chronic LDAs (ostomy, PEG, chronic Foley cath) can have Iv's/PICCs but not ideal, behavioral pts not requiring 1:1.
RN is expected to help with blood draws.
Night RNs can expect to have some or all of their orientation on day shift.
Floating is expected.
Expected to work every other weekend.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and other specialty certifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.

Pay: $45.74 - $55.90 per hour
