*****Duties*****
- Provide assistance and support to residents in their home setting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and supportive environment
- Assist with mobility and lifting as needed
- Engage residents in activities to promote socialization and cognitive stimulation
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Daily documentation of shift's monitoring, supervision and progress
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred but NOT mandatory
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and procedures
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions
- Ability to accurately monitor and record vital signs (if needed)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or memory care needs is a plus but NOT mandatory
