**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall social media strategy and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, sales growth. This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of various social media platforms, marketing trends, and analytics.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our digital platforms, and generate leads.
  • Manage all social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Create and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) optimized for each platform and target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies to keep our brand at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, insights, and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to expand our reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with other departments (such as sales and purchasing) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media and Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing software is a plus.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing.
