We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of HR expertise, administrative proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively support our workforce and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding processes, ensuring the organization retains top talent.
- Develop and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all levels.
- Work with Department Leadership to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and advancement within the organization.
- Work with President to facilitate mentorship and coaching programs to foster professional development and succession planning.
- Manage administrative functions, including office operations and facilities management.
- Work with department leadership to develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize administrative support across the organization.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing insights and recommendations related to workforce management and organizational development.
- Prepare reports and analysis on key HR and administrative metrics, presenting findings to senior management as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field a plus; or related experience.
- 3 years of experience in HR Functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
