We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this commission-based role, you'll play a vital role in driving sales success within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their unique needs.
  • Craft compelling sales presentations showcasing LWood Solutions' comprehensive marketing services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and network with industry professionals to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, etc.) to ensure seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role (marketing, advertising, or related field preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and achieving quotas in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with clients on a professional level.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for helping businesses thrive.
  • A go-getter attitude with an unwavering commitment to success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage a busy schedule.

Pay: $53,034.48 - $63,869.48 per year
