Under general supervision, the analyst is responsible for the day to day administration and maintenance of compensation programs in accordance with established policies and procedures. Supports all compensation initiatives including routine data analyses, annual salary and wage planning. Participates in third party salary surveys and analyzes internal and external salary statistics. Completes job evaluations, tracks and audits incentive calculations to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. Serves as lead to ensure routine maintenance of department technologies and websites. Assists in designing and implementing new programs.
