This role is based in Daytona Beach, Florida, and will focus on maintaining payable information, analyzing expense reports, and working with vendors to resolve past due invoices.Responsibilities:• Manage petty cash accounts and document all outgoing payments.• Monitor vendor agreements for potential discounts that could lower invoice costs.• Verify and process sales tax payments on relevant invoices.• Track company credits and apply them correctly to vendor payments.• Conduct monthly reconciliation of payable reports to verify payment accuracy.• Maintain up-to-date accounts and support invoicing operations.• Review expense reports to allocate payments to appropriate cost centers.• Collaborate with vendors to resolve overdue invoices and reconcile monthly statements.• Apply Accounts Payable (AP) expertise to ensure efficient and accurate task completion.
