Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events to ensure smooth operations
- Manage food handling and production processes to maintain quality standards

- Provide guidance in restaurant management practices for banquet events
- Uphold fine dining standards and deliver exceptional customer service
- Supervise bartending services and maintain beverage quality
- Manage inventory effectively to meet event requirements
