Decorah Chevrolet - Decorah CDJR seeks a dedicated and experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our dealership, you will be responsible for coordinating the financing and insurance programs for our valued customers purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. **Responsibilities:**

• Customer Financing: Guide customers through the financing process, presenting options and explaining terms to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Insurance Programs: Offer and explain insurance products, including extended warranties, credit insurance, and GAP policies, to meet customer needs and enhance vehicle ownership experience.
• Compliance: Ensure all finance and insurance transactions comply with dealership policies, state and federal regulations, and industry guidelines.
• Paperwork Management: Complete accurate and timely vehicle sales and financing agreements paperwork.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, ensuring competitive rates and financing programs.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide financing options that meet customer expectations and facilitate vehicle sales.

**Qualifications:**

• Experience: Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership setting, with a solid understanding of finance and insurance products.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in an understandable manner.
• Compliance: Knowledge of finance and insurance regulations, ensuring all transactions are conducted ethically and legally.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focus: Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive vehicle purchasing experience.

**Education:**

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
