Multiple Opportunities Available We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join a local Decorah, IA manufacturer’s team on 2nd or 3rd shift.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various production machinery to ensure the timely manufacturing of the hiring company’s products.

• Operate assigned machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production levels.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity :

• Education : High School diploma or GED.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written and verbal work instructions.
• Good hand eye coordination
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
