Torito Brands is Hiring a HR Business Partner Near Deerfield, FL

JOB OVERVIEW:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborates with the Senior Management to align Business Unit practices with the goals and strategy related to people, engagement, recruiting, and retention.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends in employee performance and retention 
  • Manages and resolves moderately complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations and mediation.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Conducts employee orientations and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual manager coaching needs.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. 
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hybrid - Must be able to work near Deerfield Beach, FL. Flexible work schedule. In-Person, as needed to perform job responsibilities. 20 Hours/Week In-Office Minimum Expectation.
  • Must have active certification either PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or appropriate equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of human resources experience 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues 
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a Must!
