Job Description:

They are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join their growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that improve the customer experience and streamline internal operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of Engineering, Software Engineering or similar field experience OR High School/ GED and at least 4 years of Engineering, Software Engineering or similar field experien
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of web servers and API design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
