$21 hourly

• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls, and perform necessary repairs
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
• Painting, wall repair, and general property maintenance and upkeep
• Groundskeeping responsibilities
• Perform repairs on heating, cooling, and plumbing
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest needs
• Perform painting tasks including patching drywall, caulking, cosmetic touch-ups
• Deliver and/or remove furnishings from rooms as needed
• Complete daily assigned responsibilities and provide guests with excellent customer service
• Take care of pool area: clean, open umbrellas, move furniture, collect water samples 4 times a date maintain record organized for inspection, etc.
• Take care of trash collecting throughout the property and placing bags in the Dumpster.
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
• Should be able to demonstrate an understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Spoken Languages: English (preferred), Spanish, Portuguese
• Previous hotel/building experience a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the US. (Required)
• Ability to commute or relocate to Dennis Port, MA before starting work (Required)
