POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager communicates frequently and directly with the client COR and coordinates paperwork between the corporate office and the job site. This role has the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on a day-to-day basis at the work site when coordinating subcontractor activities. This person must be onsite and available to deal with the day-to-day operation of the contract and shall make reasonable efforts to assist the Government to prevent hazardous conditions, property damage, and to maintain security. The employee shall promptly report adverse conditions or activities to the COR or to security personnel. The employee shall protect Government property, buildings, materials, equipment, supplies, records, and data within the employee's control against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.

• Project Manager shall work at facility during normal working hours and is POC for after hour call in response.
• Project manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of the contract. Maintenance, Janitorial and Grounds.
• Project Manager shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in each of the following: as a technician in HVAC and Mechanical Systems and in quality control inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Project Manager shall also have a minimum 3 years of experience as a manager of service technicians. The individual shall have excellent organization skills and be capable of working in fast paced,
• Project Manager is responsible to ensure that all miscellaneous hours are tracked and billed to the government.
• Project Manager is responsible to ensure that during a crisis that staff supports the Government 100%.
• Project Manager is responsible to ensure that all personnel are trained in maintenance processes and OSHA regulations.
• Project Manager is responsible to ensure that all government Security procedures ar followed, when personnel are on site.
• Project Manager is responsible to ensure that a direct line of communication between the COR and NET is always open.

Essential Functions

• Set schedules with the government for repairs and cleaning)
• Manage all administrative requirements of NET and the government.
• Ensure the following:

• Facility is always in clean operational working condition.
• Repairs are done in a timely manner within the guide lines of the contract.
• Facilities are cleaned daily and during exercise’s, cleaned up as necessary 24/7.
• All government records, to include repairs and warranties are properly maintained
• All data is recorded in the CMMS daily and if the government requests a record to issue it to the government in a timely manner.
• All subcontractors are escorted, repairs are 100% correct and complete.
• All preventive maintenance is completed in the month issued, by CMMS.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma
• Universal EPA license
• Basic computer literacy
• 3 years management experience

PREFERRED:

• 5 years management experience
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Experience with computer software (Excel, Word, etc..)
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.

Security Clearance Requirements

• It is mandatory that all Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities meet federal government security clearance standards. The Contractor shall submit security clearance information, for each employee, as required by current government identification card application procedures and future requirements as applicable.
• All employees must be authorized as acceptable under by the contracting officer for the prime contract under which this employee is working.
