DMC is Hiring a Patient service representative Near Derry, NH
DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced Patient Service team. We are looking to hire a talented person with a can do attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed.
This is a very busy call center environment.
This is a full-time position in Derry. The hours are Monday - Friday, 11 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm, with rotating Saturdays (2 off / 1 on).
DMC Primary Care is a physician-owned, independent practice, providing comprehensive care for families for since 1964.
Qualifications :
- High quality customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical setting
- Medical experience preferred
