Do you love social media and have a knack for creating engaging content?

We're seeking a part-time Social Media Content Creator/Coordinator to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll:

• Craft compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more!
• Develop strategic social media plans and analyze post performance to optimize our approach.
• Be a brand champion, ensuring your voice aligns with Imperfect Pathways' mission.
• (Bonus points!) Develop online training programs for even more hours and pay!

We're looking for someone with:

• Expertise in all major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in copywriting and content creation
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and best practices.
• Strong written and visual communication skills (photography/videography a plus!).
• A flexible schedule with occasional evening/weekend events (flex time available).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
