We’re looking for highly motivated and energetic people to join our brand new Des Peres studio.
As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the success of a fast-paced fitness studio by providing best-in-class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community. Join our dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis!

Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Follow and achieve studio’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
  • Build community business relationships and partnerships
  • Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service
  • Handle high volume of calls
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly person who can talk to anyone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Computer skills
  • Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holiday
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum three months sales-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
  • Must be 18 or older
