Immediately hiring experienced Millwright / Mechanic in Destrehan, Louisiana. $ 25 to $ 26 / hour with overtime. No Per Diem money on this job.
This is a full-time permanent job with benefits after a trial period. Big Plus if millwright has welding, fitting and mechanic experience.
Monday - Friday 40-60 hours Description :
- Millwright Mechanic Outside Machinist Mechanic fabricator, assembling and installing machines then testing them to make sure they are working correctly.
- Maintenance Mechanic Millwright will be repairing grain elevator equipment.
- Outside Machinist Apprentice Millwright Fabricator must work in full compliance with the approved safety regulations as an Industrial Mechanic.
- Mechanic Millwright manages the layout and placement of equipment and machinery in factory settings to ensure minimum downtime.
- Industrial Mechanic will be responsible replacing and repairing equipment.
- Outside Machinists / Millwrights Identifying and repairing problematic parts of a machine by running tests, making temporary repairs, or installing new parts.
- Millwright Mechanics / Outside Machinists will dismantle older machines and replace them with new ones.
- Millwright Mechanic Fabricator oversees preventive maintenance by identifying and correcting potential issues, removing worn out pieces and lubricating mechanical parts.
- Industrial Mechanic using machinery or equipment, such as forklifts, to move mechanical parts.
- Industrial Maintenance will be performed on all conveyer belts and rollers.
Job Type : Full-time Pay : $25.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours : 40 60 per week.
Experience :
- Millwright Mechanic : 2 years (Required)
- Welding : 1 year (Preferred)
- Structural Fitting : 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanic : 2 years (Preferred)
