We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Clerk at our Dothan, Ala. location. The accounts payable clerk is responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by all seven dealership locations and compiles and maintains accounts payable records.

Essential Functions:

• Reviews and enter all invoices for appropriate documentation for all locations
• Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks all locations
• Distributes signed checks as required
• Reconcile all statements for all locations
• Contact vendors and Request Missing Invoices
• Ensure that all invoices have PO’s and are approved for payment
• Maintain and process billing of the Company Vehicle Fuel cards
• Submit and Maintain Company Vehicles Tags
• Reconcile Credit Cards
• Maintain the W-9’s
• Set up all New vendors
• Process 1099’s for all require Vendors
• Submit credit application for new vendors
• Answer incoming & outgoing calls on Switchboard as needed basis
• Assist with Accounting Month End Procedures
